College App Map Logo

Welcome to the College App Map, your destination for the tools and resources needed to inform and coach you through the college application process. The Apps you see featured represent the best iOS, Android, and browser-based Apps on the market. Many of them are winners of College Summit's College Knowledge Challenge. Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, this $2.5 million competitive grant initiative prompted the development of innovative Apps designed to make the college-going process more transparent, collaborative, and easy to navigate for low-income and first-generation students. Every App on the list includes a description of features and links to access or download the App.

Who we are: College Summit is a national nonprofit that transforms the lives of low-income youth by connecting them to college and career. To date, College Summit has placed more than 250,000 students from 500 schools on the path to college and career. With the launch of PeerForward, we will be able to serve 1.8 million students from low-income communities over the next decade.
